Shipping policy

Shipping Service

Shipping service is provided by major international company, including FedEx, DHL, UPS, and some special line in specific country and area. Normally duration for shipping is 5-7 business days. The shipping costs will be calculated automatically when add the items to your cart and enter your address. 

All of our products ship from Guangzhou, China.

 

Processing Times

For all orders placed through website, please allow up to 2 business days for handling; in most cases, we will ship your order the next day or the following business day.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once submitted. Due to our commitment to process orders quickly, once the checkout process is completed our warehouse is immediately notified to pick and pack the order for shipment. The only exception to this is for products that are backordered. A backorder maybe be canceled anytime prior to shipping.

 

Refused Shipments

Customer is responsible for additional charges in case(s) of missed delivery, re-delivery and refused packages.

 

Address Correction

Customer is responsible for additional charges that may occur due to package interception for address changes. It is the responsibility of the customer to confirm the billing and shipping information after placing an order.
